Shipping + Handling

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

  1. Deadline to order Grinders & Mugs so they can arrive on time for Christmas is November 16th!

  2. Deadline to order Apparel and iPhone cases is November 23rd! Print and sticker orders have until December 13th.

EMAIL US ON OUR CONTACT PAGE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING SHIPPING TIMES.

  • Orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail and First Class Mail International. Domestic orders take 3-5 business days to arrive. The latest will be two weeks. Processing and handling takes 1-2 weeks.

  • International orders will depend on your country’s customs regulations and location! (We are not responsible for custom charges.)

  • Please allow time for packages to arrive. If domestic packages are not delivered in 2 weeks or arrives damaged, please contact through email (notty.designs@aol.com) and provide us with your name and screenshot of the order. We will reship your order. After the two weeks, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. (Not Eligible for Grinder or Merch Orders)

  • Grinders take 2-3 weeks to manufacture! Please allow the time for them to be made and shipped. Once shipped, Domestic orders will take 3 business days to arrive. International orders will take 2-4 weeks.

  • Twilyt Dreams Tarot are in the process of being made. We will keep you updated on it’s status via social media! (Twitter: @nottydesignss) We expect it to be finished by January 2020 or sooner.

Tracking

  • Print orders are not eligible for tracking services. Poster prints, merchandise & international orders will always come with a tracking number.

Payment

  • We accept payment through the cash app, paypal, venmo and stripe. If you would like to use Cash App or Venmo, please email (notty.designs@aol.com) or go through social media (Twitter: @nottydesignss, Insta: @nottydesigns). Please provide your full address, email, items you would like to order and the code to the promotion if the site is having a sale. If using paypal, please add an additional 7% to your order to cover their fees.

  • If you are an international customer, please keep in mind the extra charges you may face when ordering from our store. Any extra charges does not come from us and we do not pocket those charges. We advise you to check with your bank about any additional charges you may face as we are not responsible for those.

Refunds/Exchanges

  • All sales are final.

  • Any information provided through our site will only be used by for contacting you for any issues regarding your order.
